This automatic Geotextile Tight Winding machine is designed to wind coir geotextiles into smaller diameter rolls, maximizing container capacity. For example, a 700 GSM roll can be wound to a minimum diameter of 30 cm. Normally, only 110 rolls fit into a 40-foot container, but with this machine, up to 285 rolls can be loaded, allowing up to 20 tons of coir geotextiles to be transported. This results in significant savings in transportation costs. The machine is easy to operate, requires no experienced labor, and eliminates the slow and cumbersome process typically needed when multiple operators are involved in rolling the geotextiles.
